When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, preferred dates, guest count, and message. We use it only to respond to your request, discuss availability, and manage a possible stay.
How information is handled
Inquiry information is stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep appropriate rental records, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information by replying to any message you receive from us. Please do not include highly sensitive information in the inquiry form.
Fair housing
Housing inquiries are considered without regard to any characteristic protected by applicable law.
